What You’ll Own
- Support timely creation and maintenance of global styles, colorways, divisional SKUs, and UPCs
- Drive purchase order creation and maintenance through automated and manual workflows, including PO RPA processes
- Troubleshoot system errors and ensure purchase order accuracy and timely resolution
- Partner cross-functionally with merchant, logistics, marketing, copy, and imaging teams to ensure products flow online successfully
- Monitor weekly business reports, dashboards, and KPIs to identify workflow issues and drive action
- Support resolution of vendor discrepancies including shortages, overages, and pricing variances
- Assist with purchase order updates including dates, priority codes, and warehouse attributes
- Help balance workload and workflow priorities across the team to ensure vendor deadlines are consistently met
- Leverage Excel and reporting tools to support operational accuracy and process efficiency
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 6–12 months+ of experience in merchandising operations, retail systems, purchase order management, or related functions
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfortable working with Excel, reporting tools, and basic formulas
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Retail, merchandising, logistics, or product operations experience preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
