    Job Title: Merchandising & Sales Analyst

    Location: 75244 (In-Office) Work Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm (Monday-Friday)

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Pay: 60-65k + quarterly bonus

    Job Summary

    We’re looking for a self-motivated and highly organized Merchandising & Sales Analyst to support and grow our vending and micro-market business. This role will serve as the internal expert on our back-end software applications driving sales and customer experience through product mix, pricing, promotion and placement. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team, warehouse, and operations staff to ensure our offerings are fresh, relevant, and strategically priced.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Master our internal systems (365, Lightspeed, VMS) to support:

    New client and market setup

    Promotion and pricing updates

    Planogram creation and product changes

    Analyze product trends and performance data to add high / remove low selling products for each individual market location to improve merchandising and maximize sales

    Oversee product mix optimization and update planograms across vending and market locations

    Support sales growth by identifying new products and tracking promotional performance

    Generate customer-specific reports to assist the sales team

    Collaborate with leadership on special projects, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives

    Assist with merchandising strategies and warehouse operations as needed

    Qualifications

    HS Diploma or GED; Minimum 2-3 years of merchandising experience, ideally in consumer products, vending, convenience, retail, or foodservice.

    Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel proficiency required)

    Understanding of AI-driven merchandising or willingness to learn

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Experience with promotions and pricing strategy

    Knowledge of planogramming, SKU optimization, and product lifecycle management

    Comfortable working cross-functionally with warehouse and sales teams

    High ethical standards and a growth mindset

    Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
