Job Description: Seeking an individual to cultivate referral partnerships nationwide, focusing on independent sales organizations (ISOs). Responsibilities include building a broker network in the MCA industry, facilitating credit decisions, monitoring deal performance metrics, maintaining market share, and achieving volume targets.

Responsibilities

• · Develop & manage relationships with ISOs
• · Oversee ISO deal flow
• · Monitor ISO performance
• · Provide ongoing support and guidance to the ISOs and internal ISO Managers

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2-3 years of Merchant Cash Advance Industry experience
• Existing book of business/contacts
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Track record in Alternative Finance products
• Strong drive to generate new business
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Outgoing and energetic personality
