    Role Description

    This is a full-time, on-site Merchant Services Inside Sales position based in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day tasks such as identifying prospective clients, presenting payment solutions, managing sales pipelines, and conducting follow-ups to close deals. Responsibilities also include nurturing client relationships through account management and collaborating with internal teams to tailor services that align with client needs. Achieving sales targets and staying updated on payment industry trends are integral aspects of the role.

    ** Qualifications**

    • Strong expertise in Merchant Services, including understanding payment processing systems and solutions
    • Proficiency in Account Management and Business Development, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
    • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
    • Experience in the payments industry or financial services sector is a plus
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
