As a summer intern at Merchant e-Solutions, you will:

ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW

Department is challenged with the task of redesigning the settlement data and accounting interfaces.  Candidate will support each of the various settlement areas with daily and monthly tasks with the intent of determining the recommended changes to workflow, user interface, and all other potential areas of improvement.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current student working toward a Finance or Accounting bachelor’s degree
• Rising Senior preferred
• Must have sufficient credits to demonstrate completion through junior year of degree eligible program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple competing priorities
• Familiarity and/or experience with Java technologies
• Experience leading teams, committees, clubs, or other organizations

SALARY:

• Hourly rate of $13.00/hour for actual hours worked
• Overtime eligible
• Parking is paid for by the company
• Free drinks and snacks are available to all employees
• Assignment is 10-12 weeks in length
