As a summer intern at Merchant e-Solutions, you will:

ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW

The intern will build and execute test-cases in the following areas: functional, integration, performance, and stress.

S/He will write, execute and refactor automated test cases and utilize automation frameworks and tools built using Selenium, Jmeter or other open-source tools. They will work with cross-team product owners, developers and quality engineers to support QA processes. S/he will use Agile methodology in all phases of the iterative software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current student working toward a bachelor’s degree
• Rising Senior preferred
• Must have sufficient credits to demonstrate completion through junior year of degree eligible program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple competing priorities
• Familiarity and/or experience with Java technologies
• Experience leading teams, committees, clubs, or other organizations

SALARY:

• Hourly rate of $20.00/hour for actual hours worked
• Overtime eligible
• Parking is paid for by the company
• Free drinks and snacks are available to all employees
• Assignment is 10-12 weeks in length
