We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative to work in a team oriented environment that thrives in a quick sales cycle process. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, while benefiting for an aggressive compensation model and upward mobility structure!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You'll research and consult with businesses, contact the decision makers, and show them how MCP can benefit their business
- Consult with Business owners on the benefits of doing business with MCP and having access to our rapidly growing community.
- Phone Calls Up To (150+ dials per day), emailing, and texting to prospective decision makers
- Large Team environment--- with the attitude to exceed sales goals
- Attend monthly office outings and teaming building activities
