Financial Services Representative Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services we offer.
- Schedule meetings with prospective inbound clients to discuss their financial needs and goals.
- Collect pertinent client information for superiors to match with our products that align with client needs.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly.
- Hit minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales metrics.
