Who We Are: Meredith Lane Aesthetics is a luxury skin care studio located in Boston's Back Bay, specializing in customized facial treatments with a blend of cosmeceutical and holistic approaches. Job Description: We are looking for a part-time (20-30 hours/week, Mon-Sat flexible days/hours) Studio Assistant/Marketing Coordinator that will blend seamlessly with our small, but amazing team. If you are friendly and have a passion for skincare, are a social media guru and love to organize in your free time - you are the person we are looking for! Responsibilities: Check clients in and out Studio set up and shut down for the day Answer client calls, texts and messages regarding scheduling appointments and purchasing products Turning over facial rooms between clients Assisting with product sales (we will provide training on products) Product and studio supply inventory management Shipping product Keeping studio tidy Managing laundry services Social media content creation, including recording/photographing, editing, posting on social media channels, etc. Client follow-up for reviews Skills: Organized Professional and helpful demeanor when talking to and assisting clients Punctual Keen attention to detail Relaxed and calm attitude Up-to-date on social media marketing trends Flexible to evolving responsibilities Benefits: Flexible schedule High-end skin care products at-cost/heavily discounted Complimentary facial treatments Education and mentorship from a Master Aesthetician Work with a tight-knit, passionate and fun team Reimbursed parking fees (if applicable) Starting at $20/hour We are open to hiring both aestheticians in school or someone who is just passionate about skincare.
