JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
• Manages transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
• Works with clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences.
• Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, and cancelations.
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
• Attends travel seminars and conferences.
• You must have a computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone and reliable internet service.

 QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Excellent communications abilities
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:

• High School education or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Sales background preferred, but not required
• Hospitality background preferred, but not required
• We train you for Travel Agent Certification
