    Merideth Nagel and The Legacy Legal Team is seeking an experienced HYBRID Real Estate Associate to join our growing firm. Do you love what you do but not where you do it?     Qualifications

    Florida Bar License

    At least 3 years of residential and commercial real property experience in Florida.

    Strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability and desire to assume significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment.

    Reporting, research, client relations, planning, confidentiality, and dependability are all a must.

    Candidates must be highly ethical and hardworking, work with minimal supervision, and have excellent client management, writing, and communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    Effective communication in all forms.

    Draft commercial contracts, review title and survey, compile critical dates for closing.

    Landlord/tenant eviction, draft leases, land use, and business acquisitions.

    Maintain accurate client information and data within multiple software applications, including Clio, ShareFile, and Microsoft Office.

    Manage time effectively to meet minimum monthly billable requirements.

    Attend business development and networking functions.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
