    About the Position

    Meridian University is seeking a Program Administrator for our Psychology Program. The Program Administrator will be directly involved in the operations of four degree programs: MA in Psychology, MA in Counseling Psychology, PsyD in Clinical Psychology, and PhD in Psychology. This position is perfect for a professional experienced in the clinical psychology field, and it offers the potential for growth within the university. The successful candidate should demonstrate an ability to understand and apply clinical psychology curriculum, manage fieldwork components, and navigate state licensure requirements.

    Classification: Part Time
    Location: 100% Remote

    Required Qualifications:

    • Doctoral degree in Psychology or closely related field
    • Significant experience as a therapist/counselor, psychologist, or faculty member in clinical psychology
    • Comprehensive understanding of the educational requirements, internship, and state licensure exams in MFT, LPCC, and clinical psychology
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Effective time-management and project-management skills
    • Strong sense of personal responsibility and individual accountability
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with online education platforms and tools
    • Familiarity with Salesforce
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Actively participate in course content quality assurance and improvement
    • Serve as a liaison between students, program faculty, and administration
    • Facilitate program administrative processes and manage program resources
    • Directly teach graduate-level courses as appropriate
    • Participate in student recruitment and admissions efforts
    • Actively ensure effectiveness of course teaching and delivery
    • Monitor, report, and take action on program effectiveness
    • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and state licensure requirements
