    Position Title: Administrative Assistant Position Description: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and office support. Primary Functions: •Attend to reception duties in a professional manner; greeting visitors and answering/coordinating incoming phone calls •Coordinate arrangements for client and management meetings including: refreshment/lunch coordination and room preparation •Assist Operations team with mail, sorting and organization •Assist with maintaining the organization of the office space as a whole •Coordinate, manage and organize supply orders •Assist with report and data preparation/manipulation •Assist in data entry •Provide support for special project work •Assist with ad hoc office projects Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: •Hard working, detail-oriented, and committed to producing great end results •Excellent organization, follow-up and multi-tasking skills •Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills •Must have the ability to proactively anticipate needs •Exceptional articulation and proof-reading proficiency •Must display a flexible attitude and ability to manage change •Must be both self-directed and a team player with a positive attitude •Must have ability to handle confidential reports and information with discretion •Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Microsoft Office Suite) required •Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required •Experience with Concur a plus Education: •High school diploma or equivalent required Experience: •2+ years administrative support experience preferred •Prior experience in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment required Work Environment: •This job operates in a professional office environment. •The hours for this position are generally Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with some flexibility required. Certifications: •Notary license preferred
