We are seeking a Property Tax Associate Consultant in our Oklahoma City office who will join our team and help clients plan for and manage property tax issues. You will be supported by and work directly with the local principal and manager and be allowed to develop your technical, analytical, and soft skills while working with our clients. You will learn and experience a lot in this role. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Ability to organize and maintain a high volume of client documents • Ability to submit and process property tax documentation to meet deadlines in various counties, states, and jurisdictions • Client interaction, including relationship management • Ability to drive organization for a team • Assist in the preparation of data requests and compliance filings • Ability to process multiple tax statements with an eye on accuracy • Communications with taxing jurisdictions in various states • Batch processing of high volume of tax bills for payment • Additional support services as needed • Heavy data entry Job Requirements: • Property Tax or Oil & Gas office-support staff experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Property Tax software experience a plus • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment • Able to complete detail-oriented tasks with strict deadlines • Able to manage multiple tasks • Critical thinker and problem solver • Works well independently and as part of a team • Eager to learn and is a self-starter   Education Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Preferred - Associates Degree or a four-year College degree concentrated in Business or Real Estate Working Conditions • Able to produce quality work in fast paced environment with high daily pressure to meet deadlines. • Able to work irregular hours and overtime as needed or required to meet established deadlines.
