Job Description

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Develop low, mid, and hi fidelity wireframes / prototypes based on customer needs
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Conduct heuristic analyses
• Communicate effectively to developers and project stakeholders
• Work harmoniously with our team of UX Researchers and Service Designers
• Analyze customer feedback and product analytics to determine design improvements
• Create sitemaps and storyboards
• Conduct competitive analyses

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• HS Diploma/ GED
• Portfolio
• 3+ years of work experience in UX design
• Strong project management skills
• Expertise in interaction design and information architecture
• Expertise in prototyping software such as Figma and XD
• UI Design skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• WCAG certification or equivalent expertise

PREFERRED

• Associates degree or higher
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript basics
• UX Research skills
• Service Design skills
• Inclusive Design knowledge
• Experience with Enterprise Software
• Experience working within an existing Design System
• Excellent business knowledge paired with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
• Work under time constraints on several tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as a marked ability to work in cross-functional teams

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience designing educational material
• Visual Design skills (including motion graphics / multimedia)
• German or Spanish language proficiency
• Dungeons & Dragons 5e proficiency
• Experience designing for AR, VR, MR
• Experience designing for AI
• Experience with Platform Thinking
• Work experience in a successful product-oriented design agency and/or experience working with an industrial client base or comparable experience in a UX team of an established industrial company
