Job Description

As Solution Manager Intern in our Marketing Solutions group, you will receive hands on experience with name brand client accounts as you learn to manage, optimize, and deliver technology solutions that are the engine for our clients’ marketing activities.  As a member of a client team, the Intern will provide valuable support such as financial analysis and reporting, project management analysis and reporting, and learn client management skills as you participate in the day to day solution delivery. A mentorship program is included, providing the Intern with an experienced Solution Manager who serves as mentor and coach. Upon completion of the internship, the opportunity to work part-time throughout the academic year is available on a case-by-case basis.

• Complete the training program and assist your client team on their account(s)
• Participate in activities on assigned accounts that promote learning in the areas of digital marketing, traditional direct marketing, project management, financial management, client relationship management, and general business acumen
• Receive one-on-one mentorship from a tenured Solution Manager
• Successfully pass the Merkle Digital Professional certification
• Attend weekly meetings, training sessions and one-on-ones with your mentor and manager
• Develop knowledge/analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the solutions/solution teams
