Job Description
The Adobe Campaign Manager fully utilizes Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Campaign Standard to ensure the delivery of both digital and non-digital information that drives our client’s business. The Adobe Campaign Manager may work independently or with a team to translate the client’s marketing requests and orchestrate the messaging of information to the clients’ customers or prospects. Messaging is via Email, SMS, Social and Direct Mail channels. The Adobe Campaign Manager requires knowledge of both marketing and technical database system/campaign management software.
Position Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate campaigns across EM and DM channels using workflows, deliveries and SQL within the Adobe Campaign platform
- Execute and maintain Technical Workflows
- Interface directly with client teams, address and manage client requests and communicate status – in person and via phone and email
- Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control
- Manage the campaign process in compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements
- Plan, coordinate and manage campaign tasks with the database team and communicate status
- Capable of completing Adobe campaign activities individually
- Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the Account Management team
- Obtain client signoff on campaign specification
- Document and train other team members to perform campaign orchestration duties
- Manage a global team of campaign analysts in the US and India, coordinating tasks and activities associated with campaign workflow development, proofing and execution
