Our Customer Support Representatives are the welcoming face…or voice, of the company; responsible for processing in-bound customer calls. In this role, you will provide support to our Recreation Lending Department customers with ACH payments, payoffs and other account related inquiries; both over the phone and by email correspondence. In short, you are helping people have fun by supporting their account needs for a RV, Boat, ATV, etc.

KNOWLEDGE: Requires ability to perform work involving knowledge of general accounting fundamentals, business practices, or banking principles.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Access to information on customer records. Regularly uses such information in carrying out job duties.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No direct supervision of employee(s). Consistently performs the same tasks as other members of the work group.
INTERACTION WITH OTHERS: Regularly has contact with people in the other departments, customers, or outside agencies and institutions, furnishing or obtaining information or reports where conditions require the use of tact to secure cooperation and maintain goodwill.
DECISION MAKING: Makes decisions requiring some independent judgment under general supervision and guidance of immediate supervisor or makes recommendations to those who participate in final decision-making process. Decisions are made within general control of procedures or reporting system.
