If you are familiar with credit bureau report data and like detective work, you should consider this unique opportunity. PRIMARY DUTIES
Review and investigate consumer disputes and respond to the consumer reporting agencies.
We want you to remain up-to-date on the credit bureau industry knowledge and of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations. To help you achieve your potential, we will provide initial and ongoing training to become an expert.
We value your opinion too. We want you to help us become even better by offering ideas and suggestions for improvements in all processes. Special projects will be available that will allow you to demonstrate your skills and abilities to fellow co-workers and the leadership team. That way, you will learn even more and together we can both get rewarded.
REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE
Yes, you must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. If you have worked in the credit industry or with consumer credit reports, even better. The quicker you’ll get up to speed.
Attention to detail is very important and having an analytical mindset while reviewing and investigating disputes is how you will succeed. Problem-solving skills are well regarded around here.
