Sales Manager Burlington Merry Maids
Burlington Merry Maids is looking for an Sales Manager to help with client services, team management, and administrative work. Teamwork is HUGE at Merry Maids. Everyone here contributes to the success we have, and we are looking for a leader to join our team as we continue to grow. In the manager role your greatest responsibility is to help the team start their day on the right foot. Attitude makes a difference in the day so we are looking for a manager who is positive, excellent with interpersonal communication, and has a solution seeking mentality.
Starting pay is $18-20 /HR depending on experience/attitude, with review after the first month.
Mileage reimbursement for any driving during work shift.

What to expect in your day:
Opening at 7:30a
Dispatch and prepare team packets
Welcome the teams at 8a as they come in and make sure they are prepared for their day
All teams should be at their first job by 9a
Handle the incoming/outgoing client communications
Conducting in home sales consultations with potential clients
Manage client schedules
Enter information into sales system for clients/employees
Ensure all equipment, keys, and checks are returned at the end of the day
Manage back end point of sale system and ensure correct times and payment details entered on each work order
Supporting office manager and Team management by helping with daily check lists and assigned tasks
Work closely with office manager to ensure excellence in customer experience and smooth transition from prospective to permanent customers
Quality control of cleanings
Preferred Experience of 2 years or more but not required:
High degree of professionalism and interpersonal communication skills a must
Solution seeking attitude to help achieve team goals

Requirements:
MUST be able to pass background check and drug screening
MUST have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and reliable transportation, (We pay mileage).
MUST be 18 years or older and eligible to work in USA
Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
Ability lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment
