Responsibilities and Duties
Merry Maids Professional Housecleaning Service has several positions open due to business growth. Professionally clean customers, homes using Merry Maids unique products and procedures. Over all objectives are to leave the home looking and smelling freshly cleaned and groomed.
NO weekends required. Be available Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Work approximately 35-40 hours per week cleaning homes in the Northampton County area. Start earning a guaranteed hourly rate of $11 per hour.
After 30 days of employment employees who are working with a team captain on a full route will average $11.00 to $13.00 per hour in production wages. An employee who is promoted to a solo cleaner will average $12.00 to $15.00 per hour in production wages.
Weekly paychecks, personal days, paid holidays and vacation offered. Quarterly performance bonus offered to all employees. Working vehicle required with proof of insurance in your name. Tax free mileage paid. All drivers qualify for our complimentary vehicle maintenance program.
Qualifications and Skills
Merry Maids professionally trains each employee on the products and procedures required to perform the job. You will receive the best training in the industry.
If you are at least 18 years old, able to lift 20 lbs. and authorized to work in the U.S., have reliable access to a vehicle, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
