  • Responsibilities

    Position Overview:

    Coordinates, monitors, and supervises the activities of the team ensuring individual team members goals are achieved in support of the assigned team goals. Interprets and communicates overall organizational directives and applies them to the team and individual objectives. Acting as liaison, represents the team in general interfacing with the organization. May provide input to management regarding individual team member performance.

    Responsibilities:

    Performs ride-along with team members in customer homes and make follow-up calls

    Handles customer complaints

    In home estimates for potential customers

    Provides issues resolution to ensures quality control, satisfaction and retention

    Delegates associates daily task/activities

    Conducts orientation and training for new hires

    Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selection and hiring new team members and office staff

    Supervises and performs weekly payroll submission

    Investigates workplace safety incidents to ensure safety in the branch and within operations

    Education and Experience Requirements

    Two year college degree in a business related discipline or equivalent work experience required

    2 years experience in business management required

    1 year sales experience preferred

    Previous management experience with a staff of (7) or more preferred

    Job requires travel as necessary for training purposes

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Practical knowledge of service industry and experience in developing and executing sales plans

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of leadership and with front line associates

    Excellent time management skills

    Negotiation skills

    Computer literate

    Interpersonal skills

    Ability to meet new people and interact in unfamiliar situations

    Excellent leadership skills in team building, selecting talent, training, mentoring and developing a sales team, executing goals
