    Job Description

     TEAM & RESPONSIBILITIES: Meru Health's name is inspired by the documentary Meru. The Commercial Team is comprised of some of the most determined, genuine, funny, and well-connected people who care deeply about making a difference in peoples' lives. For this Regional Client Success Manager, you have 3-5 years of account management experience and will be responsible for promoting client success through general onboarding and client relationship management, primarily-focused on driving yield and retention.

    CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:

    • Effective communication management with assigned accounts, existing and newly signed
    • Relationship Management with clients and internal relationship management with RVPs and Health Plan Directors
    • Owning/empowering yield capture and supporting customer retention

    FOUNDATIONAL KNOWLEDGE OR PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:

    • 3-5 years of account management experience within the insurance brokerage, health plan or digital health space
    • A demonstrated track record of exceptional performance
    • Bachelor's required, MBA preferred

    TOTAL REWARDS PACKAGE

    • $70K-$85K + 7.5-10% of base variable depending on experience and geographic location
