Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service, business law firm, with 11 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney with Trial Experience.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Strong academic credentials required.
• Experience handling all phases of general liability, complex commercial and civil litigation matters. Class and collective action experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
• Manage extensive motions practice.
• Trial experience, prefer more than three first chair trials.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Established a book of business with the desire to continue to grow their practice through the full support of the firm.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in Insurance Defense Litigation.
• Working knowledge of Office 2013, Outlook 365, LexisNexis and court filing docketing.
• Extensive computer and database expertise
• Candidate should be pro-active to handle necessary tasks for busy attorneys without constant oversight.
• The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
• The ideal candidate will have two to six years’ experience.
