About the Role
We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who will own the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta campaigns—especially Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs). You'll work closely with our design and product teams to test creative angles, drive conversions, and scale what works.
You'll also support selected Cropink clients with expert-level guidance on campaign strategy, structure, and creative optimization. In addition, you'll collaborate with our content team by contributing insights and helping shape blog articles and guides focused on paid social performance and creative testing.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and scale Meta ad campaigns (focus on DPAs and conversion campaigns)
- Optimize daily performance based on KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and AOV
- Set up and maintain product catalog ads using enriched feeds and dynamic templates from Cropink
- Launch and manage creative tests across various audience segments
- Analyze campaign data and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to align creatives with performance goals
- Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and attribution issues (with support from devs if needed)
- Provide strategic Meta Ads support for selected Cropink clients using our platform
- Partner with the content team to contribute expert input for blog posts, guides, and case studies
- Stay on top of Meta platform updates, trends, and new features
- Report campaign performance with clear visual dashboards and growth recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta ads, ideally in e-commerce or DTC
- Proven track record with Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs) and product feed optimization
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Events Manager, and campaign structure best practices
- Comfortable with A/B testing methodology and interpreting performance data
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in performance metrics and able to turn them into creative action
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (you'll work cross-functionally)
Nice to Have
- Experience with ad creative platforms like Cropink, Marpipe, or Hunch
- Basic understanding of creative design workflows or Figma
- Familiarity with attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Google Analytics
- Passion for testing ad copy, visuals, and creative angles that convert
