Experience Call/Contact Center Manager
Growing insurance agency is looking for a call center manager to help build and to manage an in house call center which likely will evolve into a combination of in-house, remote in the US and call centers outside of the US - but always with a base in San Diego.
Looking for someone experienced with hiring and managing staff, someone that can manage a team to hit various Key Performance Indicators and someone proactive and with a bit of an entrepreneurial spirit - always looking for ways to grow and to improve.
Call center management experience required.
