MetaGrowth Ventures (MGV) is a privately held, self-funded (meaning we get to make the rules) company that has recently expanded its suite of services to include a new growth product that is unmatched in the market; Founders, CEOs, and Executives are drooling over this service. It’s a needed innovation directed straight at the heart of Founder’s, Executive’s and Leader’s biggest pain point… restricted growth. Our team is looking for an experienced Client On-Boarding Specialist who can assist in the vital role of preparing for a new client, assisting in the planning and staffing of projects, execute administrative responsibilities, organize company project boards, and assist the CEO with client communications.

    • Welcome all new clients upon their contract signing and schedule their correlating appointments
    • Introduce the business unit assigned to the client
    • Gather all required process documents such as contracts and non-disclosure agreements
    • Coordinate company presentations and products
    • Ensure all technological tools are assigned to the client

    Requirements:

    • Customer service oriented
    • Proven work experience in administrative role
    • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
    • Able to work in a fast pace environment
    • Possess solid organizational skills, ability to focus on broader goals and project details simultaneously, and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently and independently
    • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
    • Tech Savvy

    Other:

    • $16 hourly pay with the ability to earn bonuses
