    Job Description:

    The Amazon Marketing Administrator (AMA) serves a critical role within the company.

    The AMA will be the lead in promoting visibility to our products as well as optimizing conversion to sales on the Amazon marketplace. Products will include:

    1. Our in-house branded products developed by 203 Brands

    2. General products managed by a team of MetaRetail Buyers

    3. Products specific to strategic partners

    In this role, the candidate will perform tasks in a number of areas:

    CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS / MANAGEMENT:

    • Set up and optimize advertising campaigns based on regular review of Amazon reports

    • Deliver regular updates to key principals on changes to campaigns

    • Actively research / use tools to source relevant keywords

    • Experiment with new advertising options

    • Identify opportunities for advertising expansion

    DATA COLLECTION:

    • Assist in the daily collection and recording of Amazon advertising data to spot trends/anomalies

    • Assist in the monthly collection and recording of Amazon advertising data for executive level analysis and for financial reporting

    CLIENT ENGAGEMENT:

    • Partner with buyers and in-house counsel to engage with strategic partners on campaign structure, budget and bid considerations, and regular review

    Required Skills:

    • BS / BA degree

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of applied experience with PPC advertising marketing (Amazon, Google Adwords, etc) as well as successful marketing of products through Social Media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and 3rd Party Blogs

    • Fluency in basic math

    • Intermediate to Expert Level in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

    • Ability to interpret data sets in order to make decisions and recommendations

    • Curious and inquisitive

    • Interest in taking ownership of your work and focusing on details

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Comfortable in a Chrome OS environment

    • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Platform

    • Academic background in business, marketing, advertising, and/or have prior retail experience
