About the Role:

Join Metal Specialties as a Metal Fabricator. In this role, you'll be crafting high-quality metalwork on innovative residential projects, while working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for fabrication.

Operate various metalworking machinery, including handtools and welders.

Collaborate with detailers and other team members to optimize production processes.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues as they arise.

Prepare and finish metal surfaces for assembly and installation.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a metal fabricator or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques and tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a fabrication environment.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

Clean Driving Record

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.

Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
