We are a growing metal roofing manufacturer seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily fabrication operations while managing warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and personnel. This is a HANDS-ON leadership position ideal for someone with strong fabrication skills, warehouse management experience, and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily fabrication and warehouse operations.

Manage production to meet customer deadlines.

Operate and oversee metal fabrication equipment.

Read and interpret shop drawings and production orders.

Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials.

Coordinate receiving, shipping, and deliveries.

Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment.

Train, supervise, and motivate fabrication and warehouse employees.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Coordinate equipment maintenance and report repair needs.

Work closely with customer service to ensure production schedules are met.

Qualifications

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

Must be willing to work in warehouse and outside environments.

Willing to learn.

Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience.

Experience with sheet metal and metal roofing products is a plus.

Ability to read shop drawings, and fabrication details.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Forklift experience.
