Role

As a Metal Finisher (also known as Grinder, Metal Polishing Technician), you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on metal components. Your duties will include operating various grinding machines, performing deburring and finishing tasks, reading and interpreting blueprints, and collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal finishing.
• Strong deburring experience and familiarity with various grinding techniques.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience operating surface grinders, manual grinders, and OD/ID grinding machines.
