STARTING WAGE $19.00 / HOUR + GUARANTEED COMMISSION.

-Inside Sales position is not a "cold-call" job. You are not compensated directly for finding "new accounts." We do not serve accounts, we serve customers. Palmer's Metalmart invests in advertising and marketing that is DESIGNED TO DRIVE BUSINESS TO YOU.

-Your responsibility is to become highly knowledgeable in our products and their uses, and to communicate expertise to customers. COMMISSIONS ARE GUARANTEED. A highly-compensated sales associate is simply a warm communicator and knowledgeable in this industry. We will train.

-MUST BE internally motivated, great with customers both face-to-face and on the phone. Great communication skills required as well as: computer skills, multiple task management and great attention to detail. Hiring an individual that can maintain existing business relationships and build strong new relationships.

-BENEFITS: $19.00/hour base wage, PLUS guaranteed commission. First year associates can expect an average total income between $60,000 to $70,000 (but there is NO CAP!). Averages thereafter range between $70,000-$120,000++. Commissions are dependent on your ability to establish trustworthy relationships with customers, work efficiently, and close sales.
