Job Description

Metpure Inc. is a rapidly growing OEM distributor of water filtration/drinking water treatment products, and an array of plumbing products that is looking for a sales person who is goal-oriented, hungry to excel, energetic, self-motivated, a go-getter, and has a great work ethics. The primary goal is to maintain existing accounts, acquire new accounts, and achieve sales goals!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn the field of water filtration and plumbing and be able to understand the products and their technicality.
• Maintain working knowledge of all sales, customer service, and products.
• Seek leads by social media, cold calling, texting, email blast campaigns, customer visits, and trade shows.
• Write phone scripts and make 50-80 phone calls a day to customers and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments with potential customers to meet and pitch sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, up-selling and acquiring new accounts.
• Understand each customer’s needs to deliver proper products and build strong long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be a great team player

REQUIREMENTS NEEDED

• Have the DNA for being a hustler and a grinder.
• Possess entrepreneurial spirit.
• Self-driven and ambitious.
• Competitive and thrive in challenges.
• Have high tolerance and able to handle rejections well.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual (preferred).

SALARY

Base salary + commission (negotiable based on qualifications)
