  • Responsibilities

    The Senior Financial Analyst leads financial forecasts, reports, and analysis in support of the North America business unit, working with multiple teams in a comprehensive manner. Prepares analysis and evaluations of the Company's operating results and prepares short and long term forecasts of aspects of the Company's operations including operating and capital budgets. Role requires significant interaction with operating businesses often at a senior level.

    • Ensures effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key metrics such as cost of goods sold, volume and headcount related activities; coordinates gathering and preparation of related data.
    • Provides variance analysis and interpretation of the company's actual and forecasted results.
    • Works with Finance Managers and business leaders to understand opportunities, drive objectives and address risks.
    • Drives special projects focused on process improvement by coordinating cross functional teams and effectively transitioning old processes.
    • Evaluates current and proposed financial plans and policies and identifies and recommends changes that will drive the organization's profitability.
    • Responsible for the long term financial outlook, ensuring accuracy and continuous alignment with the business.
    • Supports and adheres to Company's core values.
    • Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.
    • Support and adhere to Company's Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy.
    • Represent Company in a positive, professional manner when working with both external and internal customers.

    Required Skills

    • Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex financial issues.
    • Demonstrated deep analytical skills.
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced in Excel.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Required Experience

    • BS / BA in Finance, Business or Accounting.
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced in Excel.
    • 2+ years of relevant business experience.
    • Prior experience with financial systems.
    • Prior Finance experience particularly in complex financial modeling.
    • SAP, Tableau and/or TM1 experience preferred but not required.
