We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities: Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently Qualifications: High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills A consistent top performer in sales Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • The ability to be self motived and self-starting enough to quit making excuses as to where you are in life. • A valid Real Estate license or the ability to get such a license is required for this job. • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills. • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines. • 2 years of outside sales experience or related sales marketing experience. • A proven track record in sales and selling something. Compensation: $78,000 - $100,000
