Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

A MINIMUM OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING EDUCATIONAL OR SERVICE COORDINATION EXPERIENCE CREDENTIALS:

• Two years experience in early intervention service coordination activities, or

• One year of early intervention service coordination experience and an additional year of experience in a service setting with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, or

• One year of service coordination experience and an Associate's degree in a health or human services field, or

• A bachelor's degree in a health or human services field (Anthropology, Criminal Justice, Education, Health Education, Nutrition, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, etc.)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Must have excellent computer and organizational skills
• Willing to travel to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx , Queens and Nassau

JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME
