    Metro Community Church is a growing multisite church located just northeast of St. Louis, MO in Edwardsville, IL. Metro exists to move closer to God, each other, and the disconnected. Metro currently has two campuses (Edwardsville and Vandalia) and is planning on expanding to a third soon. Metro places a high value on creating and executing engaging worship experiences designed to reach the 25 to 35 year old unchurched person. Do you want to work in a thriving creative environment?     COMPETENCIES / SKILLS

    • Leadership/Development skills

    • Strong photography skills

    • Videography skills

    • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

    • Strong time management skills


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work directly with the Communication Coordinator in supporting communication strategies with graphics and videos as needed

    • Support church environmental design for walls, decor, sets, etc.

    • Responsible for visual direction for sermon series, holiday, art and their timelines

    • Work directly with print vendors to create mailers, ads, etc.

    • Create videos/graphics for weekend services as needed

    • Maintain the visual branding standards at Metro Community Church for all departments

    • Maintain website content in a timely manner

    • Be available on weekends to capture the story of Metro Community Church

    • Create and lead a volunteer team of designers, vendors, and other outsourced help

    • Create multiple designs for different departments each day

    • To stay up to date on current design trends within our demographics

    • Inside communications, review, coach, and approve design concepts before returning them to a department
