Metro Properties, located in Downtown Kalamazoo .. focuses on the Investment, Development and Management of Residential, Retail and Office properties. Our goal is to own and build exceptional spaces and provide the highest level of service to our tenants. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for high quality maintenance technician that will improve the quality of our properties. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the upkeep of the properties with all types of repairs that include .. carpentry, electrical, plumbing, hvac, grounds, lighting, drywall, painting, unclog lines...etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive "can do" Attitude
• 2+ years property maintenance experience.
• Strong Skills in carpentry, doors & windows, plumbing, electrical, lighting.
• Forward thinker with the ability to prevent problems from reoccurring.
• Ability to plan, organize and shift priorities when necessary.
• Positive references and work history.

SCHEDULE:

• 40+ hours per week
• mon-fri .. 8am to 5pm
• (1) on call shift per week.
• sat & sun as needed.
