We are hiring and training new Property Damage Claims Representatives in the DMV area. Applicants who successfully complete the training and requirements become licensed Public Adjusters The job involves meeting property owners, reviewing their property coverage, explaining what is covered and initializing the claims process. If you have an interest in helping people protect their biggest financial asset, (their HOME) we can train you and get you working quickly! Trainees are compensated. Responsibilities: * Consult with property owners to review and explain their coverage (can be on-site or virtual) * No insurance sales * Do a property walk through (or virtual 'interview') and identify damage that may be covered * Complete digital forms so we can represent the client and handle their claim * You do not need to go on roofs, or handle difficult inspections. * Attend training classes (flexible, on-line via Zoom, and FREE) Qualifications: * Be dependable. * Be trainable. * Work independently, unsupervised. * Have a positive attitude. * Have a desire to constantly improve, personally and professionally.
