Our Distribution Center plays a critical role in helping us maintain our reputation as a fashion and service leader. Our Distribution Center serves as a hub from which the latest, most sought after merchandise is sent directly to our stores - and to our customers. Our Operations Associate ensures inventory is accurately received into and shipped out of the Distribution Center. When you join our team, you are welcomed into a family dedicated to supporting our salespeople, our stores and our customers.

The ideal Operations Associate acts independently under general direction, uses good judgment in all decisions and actions and is committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. Must be willing to work flexible hours as start times will fluctuate during high volumes and event periods. Job is contingent upon drug test approval.

Objective of the Operations Associate, Receive and account for all incoming inventory, as well as prepare shipments to the end consumer.

Responsibilities of the Operations Associate• Maintain established shipping and receiving procedures• Sort and distribute mail on a timely basis• Order, store and distribute supplies• Document current policies and procedures as well as implement new procedures for improvement• Compare identifying information of income and outgoing shipment invoices, orders, or other records• Unpack and examine incoming shipment, reject damaged items, record shortages and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages• Route items to departments and/or stores• Review outgoing shipments to ensure shipment meets specifications• Maintain inventory of shipping material and supplies• Operate pallet jack to load, unload, and move freight or any necessary objects within the warehouse environment• Assist in directing others in preparing outgoing and receiving incoming shipments• Return Damaged or defective goods returned to establishment and be designated• Perform other duties as required Qualifications of the Operations Associate• Strong sense of customer service• Strong organization and time management skills• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively• Clear and effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds• Computer Literate
