BOOKKEEPER

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.  The Bookkeeper will work directly with our Senior Accountant on accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payroll, inventory stock takes and monthly closes.  You'll not only get to do a lot, but you'll also get the opportunity to contribute to the future growth and direction of our company!

THE RESPONSIBILITY:

The Bookkeeper will work closely with our Senior Accountant to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.  This involves:

•    Accounts payable, including the processing of invoices and vendor communications
•        Accounts receivable tracking and management
•        Assisting in monthly closes and reconciliations
•        Managing monthly and annual inventory stock takes
•        Overseeing payroll duties
•        Handling cash, credit card and check receipts
