We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated in-house loan officer to review refinance options with our existing client database. The perfect candidate must be able to call, follow up, and review potential refinance options with clients. This position will also provide an outlet into the purchase market through outbound communications, follow-ups, and events with our existing realtor database. All candidates must be either NMLS licensed or in the process of becoming licensed. This will be an inside sales position. We are willing to train and provide education on both the refinance and purchase market, and this is a position with growth opportunities for the right candidate. This is a full-time position. 401k and Health Benefits are provided. Responsibilities: • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Prior mortgage history is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate • This position has room for growth Compensation: $38,000 - $45,000
