    POSITION: LABEL SALES EXECUTIVE

    REPORTS TO: VP OF SALES

    The ideal candidate for the Label Sales Executive position will have:

    Minimum of five + years of sales experience in either retail marketing solutions sales or label/card solutions sales.

    Proven track record of success relating to new business development, revenue growth and goal attainment.

    Proven track record of success with pressure sensitive label sales for both flexographic and digital product offerings with an emphasis on variable imaging and specialty treatment requirements.

    We have a desire for representatives that understand and can demonstrate experience and or a technical understanding of e-commerce solutions.

    Ability to provide recent customer references that support a sales candidate's background, experience and sales track record.  Also, that verifies alignment with Meyers values and brand promise.

    Proven ability to work as a part of a broader, multi-person account service team where sales sets the lead for building and directing the customer relationship.

    Track record working with minimal supervision and oversight.

    An understanding of the implications that pricing and discounting can have on margins related to job or project complexities.

    Demonstrated willingness to travel as appropriate while adhering to budgetary considerations.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong preference for representatives to be based in the Twin Cities.

    No non-compete or account restrictions.

    Additional Requirements or Considerations

    4 yr College degree

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    Demonstrated CRM proficiency

    Preference given to candidates who have experience in customer/account management or planning roles.
