You’ll run routine inspections and maintenance and create preventative measures to keep our customers' equipment running smoothly as long as possible and minimize any risk. Responsibilities: Complete all required manufacturer training courses Manage daily service requests through the ticket completion system Track all parts and toner used for customer billing & reorder Display a friendly and confident demeanor to customers at all times, even under pressure Conduct routine maintenance and cleanings on equipment at scheduled intervals Assemble and configure new equipment and assist the sales team with the delivery Keep records of all visits, repairs, and service dates Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smoothly and eliminate safety risks Qualifications: • High school diploma/GED or equivalent • Over 2 years of maintenance experience • Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
