Role Overview

As the Mgr- Clinical Services, you will lead the implementation of strategic plans to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered social work care. You¿ll work closely with the Leadership Team to maintain accreditation, foster staff growth, and drive financial health while expanding services and fulfilling our academic mission in psychiatry, medical, and graduate-level training.

What You Will Do

• Implement strategic plans alongside the Leadership Team to ensure high-quality social work care.
• Oversee accreditation and licensing processes to maintain compliance and stability.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff to build a strong and engaged workforce.
• Manage budgets, reduce expenses, and maximize revenue to ensure financial health.
• Develop and expand services to grow the business and meet community needs.
• Lead academic initiatives to position us as the educator of choice for trainees in psychiatry, medical, and graduate-level social work/psychology.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Master¿s degree (LMSW) and two years of experience supervising clinical care programs.
• Demonstrated competencies in assessment, treatment planning, staff recruitment, training, and administrative management.
• Experience in budget development, expense management, and revenue enhancement.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and measure outcomes of care programs.
• LMSW licensure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in academic or training program leadership.
• Familiarity with psychiatry and psychology training programs.
