    About the Role

    We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Corporate FP &A to lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and insights across the organization.     What You’ll Do

    • Drive Corporate Expense Forecasting and Consolidation: Coordinate company-wide expense planning and analysis processes, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for leadership.

    • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Partner with Corporate Development and Integration teams to support M&A activities and post-deal integration.

    • Deliver Executive-Level Materials: Prepare and review financial deliverables for the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and narratives for earnings calls.

    • Build and Maintain Financial Models: Develop robust financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making.

    • Tackle High-Impact Projects: Guide your team in supporting ad-hoc initiatives related to billings and RPO forecasting, FX and margin analysis, headcount, and other strategic priorities.

    • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Treasury, Employee Experience, Accounting, and other teams to ensure compliance and drive strategic objectives.

    What We Are Seeking

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA or equivalent experience preferred.
    • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles, including leadership experience.
    • Proven ability to manage complex financial processes and deliver executive-level insights.
    • Experience with M&A and integration support activities.
    • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills and familiarity with financial systems (Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, SAP).
    • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $234,150 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $161,700 - $234,150

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
