Job Description
The Manager, Strategic Rebids & Operational Partnerships is a strategic, results‑driven leader responsible for safeguarding and expanding Equus’ existing U.S. client portfolio by owning the development, management, and successful execution of all rebid and renewal efforts. This role ensures APM maintains its competitive advantage by designing and driving a specialized rebid methodology that leverages deep client insight, performance analytics, competitor analysis and cross‑functional collaboration with the Operations team.
Building on strong operational and partnership foundations, the Manager leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver compelling, compliant, and high‑quality proposals that retain and grow long‑term contracts. The position reports to the SVP of Strategic Bidding & Sales Operations and plays a pivotal role in Equus’ contract retention strategy.
This leader drives continuous quality improvement in our rebid win rates, allowing Equus to retain and grow its key and most valuable long-term partnerships.
