Job Summary
Under the general supervision of the Lead R&D Culinary, the R&D Culinary Specialist is responsible for supporting projects that get our Products to the commercialization phase. This person will be trained in documenting culinary tests across all steps so deviation can be captured.
You'll be expected to
Lead & own food development project and deliver results in a timely manner
Produce and document recipes and operating materials
Coordinate production scale-up during the commercialization process of products
Stay up-to-date with food trends, market research, and culinary techniques to create innovative new products
Source ingredients and equipment
Occasional travel is required, ad hoc
The position is required to be onsite 100% (the position will be in the Bellevue area, and will move to the South King County area)
