POSITION SUMMARY
Provide technical and administrative support to project engineers and proposals department including drawings, assist with testing, creating tags and labels, maintaining programs and other administrative duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)
- Attendance at work during regularly scheduled shifts and scheduled overtime is an essential duty. This includes but is not limited to being at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.
- Create Operations and Maintenance manuals, including a full review of as-built drawings, bills of materials, equipment, etc. Maintain O&M Tracking sheet.
- Create safety placards, including lockout-tagout procedures for all electrical components. (electrical engineering technicians).
- Create serial/section tags.
- Assist with performing unit testing. This includes leakage, airflow, deflection and sound testing. Complete reports on test results and document accordingly.
- Modify existing programs to enhance efficiency. This includes maintaining engineering schedules.
- Maintain various project related software programs.
- Drawing releases including maintaining transmittal's and current drawing folder.
- Maintain ECN Tracking Log. Includes ECN entry into Visual program.
- Complete As-Built drawings, spare parts lists, installation manuals, etc.
- Maintain and update all piping, construction and submittal standards.
- Prepare layouts from graphic displays, using computer-assisted drafting software.
- Complete proposal drawings for sales and estimating departments.
- Complete cross-functional training in Sempro and estimating software.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Experience
SKILLS & ABILITIES
EDUCATION : Enrollment in a 4-year mechanical or electrical engineering degree program strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE : 1-3 years’ experience working with autocad, solid works or other design software strongly preferred.
