    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Project Manager (PM) to join our MiTek Project Management team. Our Project Management team handles various design and estimating services for multiple engineered product lines including but not limited to Lateral Systems and USP Structural Connectors for various Multi-Story Projects throughout North America.

    Required Skills

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Support MiTek sales teams on large complex projects and assignments.
    • Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
    • Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
    • Conduct and document all meetings as a Self-starter motivated for continuous improvement.
    • Be accurate and maintain consistent electronic files and documentation. Coordinate activities of all teams and relocation of technical functions.
    • Interact and assist to negotiate with contractors and dealers with sales team.
    • Prepare/update project status reports, process bill of materials, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
    • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements. Also in a correct manner while meeting timely deadlines in a cost effective manner.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in the use our design and quote software including application of all project and design and management technology as required for assigned projects.
    • Work closely with internal and external Client user groups in coordinating their specific requirements relative to quote, design and project Engineer of Record submittals.
    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align processes with market strategy.
    • Manage workload by collaborating with Project Coordinators, design and estimating teams.
    • Monitor team KPIs to ensure projects are delivered both on-time and accurately.
    • Comply with all MiTek policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice. Adhere and endorse MiTek Core Values.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • Education: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree, in Construction Management, Cad, Design, or Engineering
    • Microsoft Office Suite: Preferably advanced skill level with Excel.
